How information is used
We use this information to authenticate your account, generate subtitles, translate speech, measure plan usage, process billing, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.
Service providers and sharing
Aural shares data only as needed to run the service. This includes Google for sign-in, OpenAI for transcription and translation, Stripe for billing, and Render for cloud hosting and delivery of the web service.
Human access
We do not intentionally allow humans to read your audio, transcripts, or translations except when you explicitly ask for support on specific data, when needed to investigate abuse or security incidents, or when required by law.
