Refund Policy
If Aural does not work for your setup, contact support within 7 days of payment.
Eligibility
Refunds may be considered when the service cannot be used due to a technical issue that support cannot reasonably resolve and total usage for the current billing period is no more than 1 hour.
Usage
Refund requests are generally not available once usage for the current billing period exceeds 1 hour, or when the account shows abuse or quota bypass attempts.
Proration
Except where required by law, partial refunds or prorated refunds for unused time in an active billing period are not provided.
