By using Aural, you agree to use the service only for content you are allowed to process and translate.

Service

Aural provides AI-powered live translated subtitles for web videos through a Chrome extension and hosted API. Subtitle timing and translation quality can vary based on audio quality, language, connection speed, and model behavior. The service is provided as-is, and uninterrupted availability, perfect timing, and perfect translation accuracy are not guaranteed.

Aural is not intended for emergency, medical, legal, or other safety-critical use where mistakes, delays, or missing subtitles could cause harm.

Subscription

Aural subscriptions renew automatically every month until canceled. Prices, taxes, and billing frequency are shown in Stripe Checkout before payment. Aural Lite includes up to 10 hours of translated-subtitle usage per monthly billing period. Aural Plus includes up to 20 hours per monthly billing period. Usage is measured server-side by accepted audio chunk duration, not exact wall-clock playback time. No free trial is included.

If you cancel, renewal stops for future billing periods and access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Accounts and sessions

Aural requires sign-in for paid access. Keep your account secure. Aural may revoke sessions involved in abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass quotas.

Content rights

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to process, translate, and view the audio or video content you use with Aural.

Acceptable use

Do not use Aural for unlawful content, unauthorized surveillance, or content you do not have the right to process.
